I wrote an article here, and if you clicked the link, I would like to apologize for what I have originally written — which I am sure you can find if you look to archived screenshots of prior edits. I was too quick to write, without clarification to boot, and I did not know the full story. I will leave the links below.

Pedro Gabriel, after doing some strong journalism, has found the source for the interview clips and found that Pope Francis’ remarks were edited together and out of context. This means we should at the very least be suspicious that Pope Francis’ opinions were accurately conveyed and treat whatever said concerning these cohabitation agreements as at the very least a private opinion.

Also, Fr Matthew Schneider LC offers much-needed clarification which may provide some context.
